The door must remain open to the international community.
The National Task Team 3, Co-Chaired by Interim Minister for Health Dr Jiko Luveni and Lorine Tevi, has expressed its concern about the lack of support provided by the international community for the People's Charter Process.
However, at the team’s first meeting, members reiterated the need for community leaders to work together to mobilize the necessary resources and support for this important national initiative.
They also agreed that the door must remain open to both the international community and those in Fiji who currently have reservations about the People's Charter process.
The team also stated that they would try their best to stick to the timetable of the Process that was given by the National Council for Building a Better Fiji.
