Prime Minister, Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama has made it clear that decisions will be made on whether Fiji will remain in the Commonwealth if the group does not consider issues affecting the country from Fiji's perspective.
Commodore Bainimarama said the international community should understand that the government is focusing on implementing policies to bring about sustainable democracy and eradicating race based policies and politics.
Fiji was suspended by the Commonwealth last year which has also resulted in Fiji being excluded from taking part in this year=s Commonwealth Games.
