An interim committee appointed by the Fiji Football Association will be running the Labasa Soccer Association for the next two years.

Fiji FA Acting President Sheik Ibrahim said following a special meeting on Saturday, the parent body has suspended Labasa soccer president Ajesh Sharma indefinitely for not attending Saturday's meeting and not showing interest in his job.

Ibrahim said there are a number of allegations against Sharma and other Labasa officials which will be investigated.

He added that the Labasa soccer team will begin training soon for the Champions league which starts next week.
