The Co-Chairpersons of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji, Interim Prime Minister Frank Bainimarama and Archbishop Petero Mataca, and the Council Secretariat are currently in a meeting at the Parliament House to finalize the list of members for the Council.

With the council sitting in two days time, the Secretariat of the NCBBF has confirmed to Village News, that although the members have been indentified, the final list will be confirmed today by the
Co-Chairpersons.

The Secretariat also confirms that the agenda of the Council's first meeting on Wednesday will also be discussed this afternoon.

Commodore Bainimarama and Archbishop Mataca are also expected to decide whether the first meeting will be open to members of the public.

The Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister’s Office Parmesh Chand confirmed earlier today, that the names of the members of the NCBBF, will not be made public until the Council sits at the Tradewinds Convention Center in Lami on Wednesday.
