Suspended Chief Justice, Daniel Fatiaki will only be reinstated if an independent inquiry team investigates allegations leveled against him since the year 2000 and clears him.
In an exclusive interview with Village News, Interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama said it is pointless and will serve no purpose for the 100 lawyers who signed a petition to present to the President to have Fatiaki reinstated immediately.
