The Interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama is expected to make a statement later today in relation to his appointment as Chairman of the GCC.
Commodore Bainimarama arrived back in the country after visiting India this morning, and Military spokesperson, Colonel Mohammed Aziz confirms that he is expected to send a press statement today regarding his visit.
He confirms that the Interim Prime Minister is also expected to clarify matters regarding the GCC for which has been criticized in his absence over the past week.
