Interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama said the formulation of the People's Charter will be the end of the military's clean up campaign which started last December.
Bainimarama said his aim now is to ensure that the politics of race does not feature before and during the 2009 elections.
He also reveals that the option to have a referendum after the formulation of the People's Charter is still an option available
to the interim government.
The People's Charter is expected to be ready by October 10th next year.
