The Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama is expected to launch the consultation and public outreach on the draft of the People's Charter, for Change Peace and Progress and the State of the Nation and Economy Report tomorrow.
The launch starts the third phase of public consultations at more than a thousand villages and settlements in Fiji and Rotuma.
Around fifty Peoples Forums will also be held in the main centres.
A massive distribution program is underway delivering the copies of the draft People's Charter and the State of the Nation Report to every part of the country.
