Interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama has revealed to Village news that he is ready to look into the demands of the Fiji Nursing Association however the FNA's timing of the strike and their demands is not right.

In an exclusive interview with Village News in the last hour, just hours before Commodore Bainimarama meets with the FNA General Secretary, Kuini Lutua, he has made it clear that the FNA will be told that the interim government cannot meet the nurses demands at this stage.

He said the government understands the nurses situation over the past years and calls on them to be patient.
