The interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama and his wife Mary will attend the coronation of His Majesty King George the 5th in Nuku'lofa, Tonga tomorrow.

The coronation will last a week starting this Wednesday, with the Fiji delegation staying right through to Saturday. Bainimarama will lead the delegation accompanied by the Interim Foreign Affairs, Ratu Epeli Nailatikau and his wife Adi Koila.

The delegation also includes the Interim PM's security personnel.

In a press statement, it is noted that all travel costs for this trip is being met from within the 2008 Budget allocation.

The official ceremony will start on Wednesday with the traditional installation ceremony of His Majesty King George Tupou the 5th known as the Taumafa Kava, followed by the Royal Honors Investiture Ceremony and then Tupakapakanava which is the traditional torch spectacle at the north shore of Nuku'alofa.
