As suspended Chief Justice, Daniel Fatiaki's case is expected to be called in High Court next week the interim government is yet to appoint a Tribunal to conduct investigations against him.

Interim Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed Khaiyum refused to confirm whether he has forwarded the names to President, Ratu Josefa Iloilo to setup a tribunal. He adds the media will be informed about this on 15th September.

Last month the President gave, the AG sixty days to come up with names of persons who he thinks can be part of the Tribunal.

Meanwhile, Senior Lawyer Hamendra Nagin said they are still awaiting a response from Government's House on their petition calling for the immediate re-instatement of Fatiaki as the interim government has failed to set up the tribunal. The President's office is yet to comment.
