The General Secretary of Fiji Island Council of Trade Unions, Attar Singh said that it is a known fact that the Interim government cannot replace the Constitution with the People's Charter.
Singh's comment comes after the Co-Chair of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji, Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama, yesterday assured the people of Fiji that the Charter will not replace the constitution.
