Former Director of FIT Kolineo Meo has alleged that Interim Minister for Education Netani Sukanaivalu has abused his statutory powers to sabotage his private practice.
In a statement today, Meo said he had established a Consultancy company some three months ago, which recently won the bid to prepare a Fiji National Training Policy. He said while he was awaiting confirmation from the Permanent Secretary he carried out the work when Sukanaivalu intervened.
However, Interim Minister for Education Netani Sukanaivalu has revealed that they have valid reasons to withdraw Meo's contract.
