The Interim Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, is concerned that there was no representation from the Fiji law Society during today's opening of the 2008 Sessions of the Fiji Court of Appeal.
Sayed-Khaiyum said the nation must progress - and this means judges must be independent.
