Interest for the 270 lots to be currently being developed at Wainibuku is high, with many already approaching Housing Authority to be put on the waiting list.
Chief Executive Alipate Naiorosui said some lots have been redesigned, to make them more affordable for the low to middle income earners, and once the roads have been formed, the Authority intends to pre-sell lots around December.
Construction work is expected to be fully completed by May 2010, which had slowed due to rainy weather, but work had again picked up with the subdivision expected to be completed within the stipulated time.
