Despite the global economic downturn, investors have put in interests to buy out the Grand Pacific Hotel project.
Chairman of the GPH project Howard Politini said they are now assessing the expressions of interest.
Politini stressed that they will have to be cautious to make a decision on GPH which would benefit the FNPF and the economy.
