The suspended Commissioner Central, Inoke Devo charged with official corruption, 2 counts of extortion by public officers and 2 counts of misconduct in public office appeared in High Court today.
Devo's lawyer, Apaitia Seru made an application today in court to quash the information that was provided to the Magistrate Court and to prosecution to provide new information as the case has been referred to the High Court.
The date set for the Fiji Independent Commission against Corruption to response is February 1st while the hearing for the application will be made on 29th February.
