Rugby fans in the West will get to watch the development of referees in the country reaching new heights, with the inclusion of inmates from the Suva and Nasinu Correction Centers to officiate in the second leg of the Digicel Suva 7s at Churchill Park.

Suva Rugby Union Chairman, Vilikesa Rauca has confirmed that as part of their assistance to the " Yellow Ribbon Project ", these referees from the Correction Centres in Suva will be part of the 30 referees who will control the game for the one day tournament.

Rauca said these referees have been part of the weekly competition in the Capital City, and Saturday will be an opportunity and the first time for them to officiate outside Suva.

Meanwhile, teams that have been seeded in their respective pools for the Suva 7s are Army, Sandhill, Wardens, Nawaka, Waimanu and the finalist in the first Suva 7s the host and Ratu Filise.

The Suva 7s gets underway tomorrow at 8am at Churchill Park and Nadovu grounds.

The winner of the main competition will get $5,000 dollars and the runner up received $2,000 dollars.
