The Fiji Prisons and Correctional Services have handed five thousand dollars worth of corporate uniforms made by inmates to the National Fire Authority.

Earlier this year, NFA and Fiji Prisons signed a memorandum of understanding to formalize their partnership.

Communications Officer Fred Elbourne said that NFA is their first commercial customer for it's Tailoring section, which indicates the success of the Yellow Ribbon initiative.

Elborune also said 200 pieces of corporate uniforms were delivered and if NFA is happy with the quality, more uniforms are expected to be delivered.
