Flying Fijian Coach Samu Domoni Junior is keeping his fingers cross that key players in his side preparing for the November tour will recover in time to travel with the team.
Domini Junior said they are now working closely with the team doctor and the physio to get these players back into shape before they leave.
He added those who are under the microscope at the moment are those players who are playing in the Colonial Farebrother Challenge.
Fiji will now play Romania in next month's tour which brings back to three the total number of matches Fiji will play.
Fiji will be playing Scotland, Ireland and Romania after the United States pulled out at the last minute.
The game against Romania was possible after the International Rugby Board stepped in to help Fiji secure the test match.
Fiji's opening test match is against Scotland on the 14th of November.
