The Immigration Department has confirmed that the four Indian Nationals currently detained at Namaka Police Station for allegedly selling herbal medicine and massaging people without a license in Sabeto were in the country on a visitor’s visa.

Director Immigration, Nemani Vuniwaqa told Fijivillage News that the four who were arrested in Waqadra Nadi were allegedly selling herbal medicine and massaging people without a license which they were not suppose to do while on a visitor’s visa.

Vuniwaqa said a complain was lodged with the Police when the complainant paid $400 dollars for the herbal medicine which did not work.
