ICC Cricket World Cup defending champions India have qualified for the semi‑finals with a 109‑run win over Bangladesh in Melbourne.
Opener Rohit Sharma made a composed 137 from 126 balls and Suresh Raina 65 from 57 as India recovered from 115‑3 to post 302‑6 at the MCG.
Bangladesh lost two wickets in the seventh over of their reply and were all out at 193 in 45 overs as India's bowlers dominated.
India will meet either Australia or Pakistan in a Sydney semi‑final next Thursday.
This is India’s 11th successive quarter final victory in a World Cup.
Australia will take on Pakistan today at 3pm while New Zealand will meet the West Indies at 1pm tomorrow.
