This increase in the price of flour and sharps is not sufficient.
This is the view of the Flour Mills of Fiji Limited, who are expected to file another application for a further price increase in flour and sharps.
FMF Chief Executive, Sanjay Punja said the price of imported wheat has doubled since last year and this should have a corresponding price increase for flour and sharps.
Punja also reveals that the price of biscuits and noodles is also expected to increase.
