The Kidney Dialysis Centre in Suva has seen an increase in the number of kidney patients.
An executive member of the Kidney Foundation Board Bernadette Rounds Ganilau said that when the Dialysis Centre opened its doors last year, they only had five patients however the number have increased since then.
Rounds said there are ways to protect and keep your kidneys healthy and people should follow it to avoid getting kidney problems.
