The files of a High Chief and a prominent lawyer who were under police investigation for alleged inciteful comments have been forwarded to the DPP's office.
Police Spokeswoman Ema Mua has confirmed that the files were handed to the DPP's office for an assessment and now they are awaiting a response from them.
She said that the CID concluded its investigations and gathered all the necessary evidence before the file was handed in for an independent assessment.
