The military's Land Force Commander Colonel Pita Driti said he has been given a break by the Army Commander to go for a 6 month tour of duty and return to Fiji.
Colonel Driti has told Radio New Zealand that it would take away a lot of pressure as he has been responsible for more than 2,000 soldiers in Fiji and will only manage 200 soldiers when he goes for the United Nations mission in Iraq.
Colonel Driti is expected to leave for Iraq soon.
