Prime Minister, Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama said the international institutions like the International Monetary Fund and the European Commission now clearly understand the situation on the ground in Fiji.
Commodore Bainimarama met the European Commission officials in Brussels last week and he said they understand what the government has to do to achieve its objectives.
The Prime Minister said he is now pleased that the institutions understand Fiji's situation.
Commodore Bainimarama said he also made it clear that all reforms will be implemented by the government and elections will be held in 2014.
