The ousted Opposition Leader Mick Beddoes believes that political parties and the people of Fiji would be willing to accept the People's Charter if the interim government backs off from its hard stance.
Beddoes said, all in all, if all the differences are put aside, everyone wants the same for the country and this can only be achieved if the interim government changes its confrontational stance.
His comments come after the interim prime minister stressed that there will be no elections unless the political parties accept the Charter process in moving the country forward.
