World re-known ICT Company Mind Pearl will set up its business in the Kalabu tax free zone next June.
This is after the Interim Government together with the FTIB reached an agreement with Mind Pearl to set up its call centre next year.
This will see more than 2,500 people getting employed and the figure is expected to cross the 5,000 mark in the next four to five years.
Interim Commerce Minister, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum said the incentives announced by the Interim government will attract more investors in the country.
Mindpearl Chief Executive, William Pattison said they chose Fiji after numerous tests and the availability of a better workforce.
According to the FTIB, once set up, this call centre is expected to generate more than $48 million in foreign exchange annually.
