Fijian flash from Sorokoba, Vilimoni Delasau is here and is ready to successfully defend the Melrose Cup in the World Cup 7s in Dubai next month.
Delasau who is already in Suva, said he has already started preparations to be ready for selection for the Digicel Fiji 7s team.
He even played in a 7s tournament in Navua to just get his groove back in the 7s code.
Delasau will be in one of Fiji 7s teams to play in next week's Fiji Bitter Marist 7s.
