Police are still looking for two men who robbed a supervisor and an accountant of a construction company of more than $38,000 cash in Lautoka on Friday afternoon.

Deputy Divisional Crime Officer Western ASP Manasa Talala said no one has been arrested so far, as investigations continue.

The 40 year old supervisor and accountant were carrying their employees’ wages when two masked men armed with cane knives attacked them.

The two then grabbed the bag containing $38,000 cash and fled on foot.

The incident took place in front of the company.

The accountant and supervisor sustained injuries and were treated before being sent home.
