Nausori police are investigating the discovery of a skull in a compound in Nausori yesterday.

Assistant spokesperson Sergeant Atunaisa Sokomuri said the owner of the house found the skull on his car.

Members of the forensics team are now investigating the matter.

Meanwhile, a 3 year old girl is admitted in Nadi Hospital after she was hit by a bus in Namotomoto, Nadi, yesterday afternoon.

According to police, the girl suddenly crossed the road when she was hit by the bus.

Police are calling on parents to carefully monitor their children and not to leave them unsupervised.
