The case of a 28 year old man charged with the alleged murder of a 35 year old kindergarten teacher of Howell road has been transferred to the High Court.
Imshaad Isral Ali will now take a plea in the Suva High Court on the 18th of next month.
Ali appeared before Magistrate Eparama Rokoika yesterday and through his lawyer, Mohammad Khan made an application if he could report to Ba Police station instead of Nasinu Police station.
Ali told court that he will be residing in Ba now.
Magistrate Rokoika than ruled that Ali will now report to Ba Police station twice a week.
The body of the kindergarten teacher was found inside her Howell road house earlier this month and a post mortem conducted revealed that she died of manual strangulation.
