As the demand for affordable housing continues to increase, the Housing Authority of Fiji is now working hard to get more than 1,000 dwellings ready.

Housing Authority Chief Executive Officer, Joshua Wycliffe says they are also planning to acquire new land lots to carry out more developments.

420 lots are being developed in Matavolivoli, 900 lots in Tavakubu, 220 lots in Tavua and 350 lots in Nepani.

Wycliffe says they are also planning to form international partnerships with development agencies to tackle challenges faced by Housing Authority.
