Many people in Waila Nausori still cannot go home as their houses are still flooded.
A resident of Waila Feeder Road, Roselyn Lata said that the houses where flood waters have receded full of silt and people have lost many of their belongings.
She said people in the area need immediate assistance in terms of food ration from the government as many people do not know what to do after losing almost all the groceries.
