A family in Nakasi has been left homeless after their 4 bedroom house was completely destroyed by an early morning fire today.
Divisional Crime Officer Eastern, ASP Keshri Lal confirms the house caught fire around 7am today when all of the family members were inside their house but managed to escape unharmed.
Lal confirms the fire started from the electric meter box.
The estimated cost of damage is not at known at this time. Police investigations continue.
