Fulltime job offers are being given to some graduating students of the College of Business, Hospitality and Tourism by two hotels.

Kitiana Sila who is a lecturer Food & Beverage, Business Hospitality and Tourism confirms that aside from the full time employment opportunities 30 job attachments are also being offered.

The Tappoo Group of Companies, Sila said has written to the college requesting for attachment students from the front office and also Food and Beverage.

The graduates on work attachment she said will not only gain work experience but also earn themselves some money.


During a time when most graduates find it hard to secure a job she added the students at the College of Business, Hospitality and Tourism have been very fortunate.

Meanwhile, 1,350 students of the Fiji National University graduated yesterday at the Vodafone Arena.

145 students will graduate from FNU Labasa next week Tuesday and 245 from FNU Nadi on Friday.
