Tourists as well as locals can expect a variety of special Christmas packages offered at hotels around the country.
Fiji Hoteliers and Tourism Association CEO Michael Wong said the festive season is the industry’s most important time in which a big number of tourists arrive in the country.
Wong said they have a wide range of holiday packages on offer both for tourists and locals and they are also targeting children as one of their important markets.
The tourism industry is aiming for a 600,000 visitor arrivals for this year.
