The Fiji Hoteliers Association said that the real test for the tourism industry starts now as the festive season has come to an end.
Association President Dixon Seeto hopes that this year the tourism sector will perform better compared to 2007.
Seeto adds that they will be meeting with the newly appointed Interim Tourism Minister Tom Ricketts soon.
