The Interim Health Minister and his team identified some problems faced by Hospitals and Health Centres in the Western and Northern division during their tour.
The Media Liaison Officer Health Iliesa Tora said they are looking into the problems.
Meanwhile, the CWM Hospital is in urgent need for more O positive and B positive blood.
Tora said they had only a total of 69 units of blood left at the blood bank as of yesterday with 32 units already to be used.
He said the blood bank needs 100 units of blood and it is a worry when the bank is low on O positive and B positive group types.
He said the Health Ministry is also working with Vodafone to send out SMS messages advising people on the need to donate blood.
