Wallabies captain James Horwill has urged supporters to stick by their team after losing to South Africa 28-8 in Cape Town.

Reflecting on his team's performance, Horwill insisted that Australia would improve and praised his side's level of effort in a physical battle with the Springboks.

The latest loss leaves the Wallabies with only two wins from eight matches in 2013 so far.

Meanwhile, the All Blacks defeated Argentina 33-15 yesterday, scoring the crucial bonus point.

Australia will face Argentina this Sunday at 10.40am while the Springboks meet the All Blacks in the rugby championship decider at 3am.

South Africa must beat New Zealand with four tries or more while they also will have to deny New Zealand a losing bonus point to stop the All Blacks from winning the Rugby Championship.
