Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder said that their home ground advantage in their Super Rugby qualifier on Saturday against the Reds makes all the difference.

The Crusaders finished in fourth place in the overall Super Rugby standings after defeating the Hurricanes 25-17 which earns them a home qualifier.

The Reds, who defeated the Crusaders to win the 2011 Super Rugby title in Brisbane, must now travel to Christchurch where coach Blackadder says AMI Stadium has become a fortress for the Crusaders this year.

The Crusaders will play the Reds at 7.35pm this Saturday while the Brumbies will play the Cheetahs in the second playoff at 6.10pm Sunday.
