The Holy Cross College took out the overall title in the boys' and girls' division during the Taveuni Zone meet over the weekend.
Holy Cross won 25 gold, 13 silver and 12 bronze to finish first in the girls' division with Bucalevu Secondary coming in second place with 9 gold, 18 silver and 10 bronze. Niusawa Methodist was placed third with 1 gold, 3 silver and 10 bronze.

In the boys' division, Holy Cross won 28 gold, 15 silver and 9 bronze while Bucalevu Secondary finished in second place with 9 gold, 14 silver and 16 bronze.

The Taveuni Zone organiser Lemeki Savou said a total of nine records were broken in the meet, and they will enter 70 athletes from the three schools in the Coca Cola Light Games next month.
