The Hobie Cat Championships Committee will be looking forward to fine weather and strong winds today as they enter the last days of the elimination rounds in the Open Event.

Fiji team captain Graham Southwick said that after a good day of competition yesterday he is confident the Fiji team can advance into the final stages.

The races continue in Laucala today with the completion of the second race from yesterday.

Organisers say they expect better wind conditions from today to allow more races to take place.
