Acting Chief Justice Gates had to take a short adjournment while delivering his ruling due to a hoax bomb threat call.
He received the note about 45 minutes into the delivery of the judgment. He called for an adjournment, police officers conducted a check and called people back in for the continuation of the delivery of the ruling.
