Lautoka's Japan based hitman Viliame Satala is highly likely to be dropped from the FMF Flying Fijians squad to the Rugby World Cup.
Satala who was also left out in the 2003 World Cup when he was not selected in the team by coach Mac McCallion, has already missed two fitness tests yesterday and today.
FRU's High Performance Unit manager Peter Murphy said Satala must have a genuine reason for not turning up for fitness test if he is really after a spot at outside centre for the World Cup.
Also missing from both the fitness tests was England based Mosese Rauluni, who is a top contender for the captain's post.
According to Murphy, Rauluni arrived late last night but will be in the trials on Thursday.
Meanwhile, FMF Flying Fijians coach Ilivasi Tabua was not seen around the trials yesterday and today. FRU will meet tonight to decide on Tabua whether he will be the head coach of the team to the Rugby World Cup.
Tabua's performance was reviewed after the Pacific Nations Cup and a decision on his future is expected later today.
