History has already been written as Lautoka Central College will feature in the Deans quarterfinals for the first time.
Lautoka Central will take on Natabua High School in the Western Zone 2 under 18 final tomorrow but whatever the outcome they have already booked a quaterfinal berth in the Deans competition
Lautoka Central College comes into this match as favorites after beating last year’s Deans trophy finalist Ratu Navula College 19-17 in the semifinal last week.
Coach Ifereimi Naisoro said despite playing Natabua on their home ground they are optimistic of a good outcome.
The Western Zone Two secondary schools rugby final kicks off at 9am tomorrow with St Thomas High School taking on Natabua High School in the under 15 final.
In the under 16 grade Natabua High School faces Ratu Navula College and Ba Provincial Freebird Institute meets Ratu Navula in the under 17 grade.
