Three-time winner of the Extreme Krumping Competition, hip hop group Troop 10, will this Friday be performing down in the heart of Suva as part of the Fiji Music Festival.
Surprise was the first reaction of the team's manager Gerard Fong who said it took the team close to three years to become well known and performing at the Fiji Music Fest shows that not only do the crowd love their dance moves but that people are becoming more open to hip hop.
Speaking to Fijivillage, Fong said they have been training under the wing of an overseas based hip hop dance group and the crowd will be in for a surprise this Friday.
Troop 10 will be performing at the Fiji Music Fest along with other hip hop groups such as BSQ and New Caledonian based R' Akor.
The Fiji Music Fest will be held at different venues throughout Suva this Friday and Saturday.
