High Court Judge Justice Jiten Singh will rule next week whether Suva Lawyer Graham Leung can pursue his legal action against the interim government after he was placed on a travel ban list earlier this week.

Speaking soon after the case was called in chambers this morning, Leung's lawyer John Apted revealed that they have withdrawn the application for a stay order on the decision to place his client on the travel watch list which was removed last night.

However, Apted says his client is concerned that despite being allowed to leave the country for now, he another ban may be placed on him in the future and he wants to ensure that the court does not allow this to happen.

Justice Singh will deliver a ruling on notice next week.
