The interim Attorney General re-iterates that only the High Court judges will announce the decision on the judgment in the High Court case when they are ready.
Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum was reacting to the concern raised by the ousted Prime Minister, Laisenia Qarase on the long delay in the judgment where the SDL government filed legal action against Commodore Frank Bainimarama and others on the military takeover in 2006.
Qarase earlier stated that the high court trail was completed about mid-March this year and more than six months have elapsed but no judgment has been delivered as yet.
